Flabergasted (And sore :) ) -8.26.08

Jeeeepers, I can’t stand being so computer/camera dumb…it’s totally cramping my style!! I have pictures, I swear, but now my laptop is being a total pain and not cooperating.  I’m posting from a different computer, so I’ll just have to deal with boring pictureless posts until I can figure out what the heck I’m doing wrong here.

I woke up feeling sort of unrested, but nothing terrible.  I noticed right away that I’m a bit sore from yoga last night, especially in my back and shoulders area- yeaayyaa!! I’m so excited at my new found love- I totally was not expecting this :)

I lazed around a little bit, took a shower, and then hopped into making some breakfast.  Since I’m picturesless, I’ll try to be more descriptive, but to be honest, my breakfasts look and taste the same basically every morning.  I’m lame about variety sometimes, gotta work on that!

Breakfast @ 8am-

1/2c All Bran Extra Fiber

3/4c Plain Yogurt (combo of Fage 0% and Dannon FF Plain)

Handful of blueberries

1 Wheetabix Biscuit

1 bran cracker

1/2c Almond milk

*total: 300kcal ish

verdict: same old, same old…delish none the less :)

After breakfast I ran around town completing some errands.  I dropped off a few library books, finally exchanged my pedometer, hit up the grocery store for a few random necessities such as flax pitas, cinnamon (duh), peaches (another duh), and a pack of orbit gum (NOT essential, but oh well).  I returned home hungry for a snack, typical!

Snack @ 10:45am-

1 peach (sliced)

6oz Fage 0% (small container)

2 bran crackers (crumbled on top)

1 small spooning of wheatberries (preperared the other day- yum!)

cinnamon

2tbsp All-Bran Extra Fiber (for some crunch and fiber, of course!)

*total: 250kcal ish

So that is the excitment that was my Tuesday morning.  I’ve got more packing and “To-Do” listing for the remainder of the morning, and probably throughout the afternoon, too.  I’m  looking to hit up the gym for some cardio/elliptical/whatever after lunch sometime early afternoon, I’m guessing around 1ish or 2pm.  I wouldn’t be surprised if I decided to run outside, though- it’s PERFECT out there!! Later on I also plan on hanging out with Alex, going on a walkie with my Momma, and moving all of my bags downstairs to be packed in the car.  I’m off to Beantown for good tomorrow morning, bright and early.  Exciting and somewhat stressfull- lots to do until then :)

p.s- I swear, I’ll figure out this stupid computer and camera mishap soon- all of this is photographed and ready to be uploaded, I just need to be a little smarter and saavy before that happens! sooooon :)

    I too actually love feeling sore – it is definitely a wonderful way to feel accomplished!! :-)

    Good luck packing, checking off more things on your to-do list, and with the rest of the day’s activities!
